Después de meter el correo y contraseña no me permite entrar nunca.

No puedo iniciar sesión, tengo todo bien pero la aplicación no conecta
I installed it on android 10 (head unit in my car) but the login button is not "clickable" and "Create new account" also doesn't work.
I don't need to use my phone number to sign up. only email.
My problem is same az Norberto Aquino's: I have a car head unit with small screen resolution and so only the top of the Ewelink login page is visible. I can enter my country, user and password, but the log in button is barealy visible and cannot be clicked.
I wrote to the help center several times because I want to use my car head unit to trigger the car door instead of the phone, but no success yet...
My proposal to fix the issue: put the login button on the top right part of the screen - it will work for everybody - for me too - and finally I will be able to come home, tap the car headunit screen and open the gate and the garage door SIMPLY!!!
Instead of finding and unlocking my phone, starting Ewelink and just then be able to open the doors - WHILE DRIVING...
So PLEASE do this favour for us, car headunit owners! I am sure you will be able to sell many more sonoff and other wifi switch units providing this much more safe, reliable and comfortable method of controlling the garage doors! Thanks a lot!!!
i do not receive code when using mobile phone. i do not forget my password. i reset it but no verification code. its been 3 days now. creating feedback in app everyday. until today no respond. how long i need to wait? i cannot control my house.
