Another month has passed since the release of 3.5.10. eWeLink 3.6.0 came out this week as a regular update with some performance improvement and new features. This version marks the adoption of many requested features suggested by users.

A wonderful new type of smart home product is introduced to eWeLink support ecosystem.The universal remote learns the remote codes of multiple IR remotes in your house and save you the effort of looking for remotes for different products all over the house. You can now control your AC, TV box, DVD,Projector or anything with IR remote in eWeLink app.
Here is how its UI looks like in eWeLink app. On the device list, it shows you how many remotes you have learned and the on/off status of the light on the universal remote for you to turn on at night.
(2) Supports eWeLink IOT camera
eWeLink IoT camera is a new camera supported by eWeLink app, which will be for sale to global consumers soon. This camera supports real-time monitoring, two-way talk, video quality switch, rotate view, motion detection,and sound alert. It has almost all the basic functions you will need for home security surveillance.


4. ‘Add Camera’ available on Multi-channel devices and RF bridge
Since the release of ‘Add Camera’ function through 3.5.8, many users have been asking for adding this function to RF bridge and multi-channel devices. This suggestion was taken and realized through 3.6.0. You can now bind your camera to your RF bridge or multi-channel device as in the pictures below. Through this feature, users who use RF to open garage door or connect 4CH to their fish tank can know watch the camera view without switching between apps. Just like previous models which has this feature, you can use a spare Android phone as camera. Refer to this article on how to set it up.
