Sorry to keep you waiting. eWeLink V4.12 is here. We pay more attention to user experience. And this version mainly focuses on improving user experience. You can read this article to learn what they are.
In eWeLink APP, Guide and Explore are one of the best ways to know the latest news of eWeLink. You can find the answer you want by reading articles. After understanding the needs of more users, we added the sharing to Facebook or Twitter in V4.12. You can directly share the article to your friends in Facebook or Twitterthrough the eWeLink APP.
Step 1. Open the eWeLink APP and tap Message.
Step 2. Select the article you want to share.
Step 3. Select the share button on the upper right.
Step 4. Select other third-party platforms (Facebook or Twitter) you want to share, or copy the article link.
Step 5. Tap POST or Tweet to share it.
In eWeLink App review your Feedback
In order to better serve users and allow users to solve their feedback problems faster, in this V4.12, we have added a more convenient feedback system. You can view the response of eWeLink team in the feedback you submitted. You can check the submitted feedback, append feedback content, your problem is solved or not, etc.
Step 1. Open the eWeLink APP and select Profile.
Step 2. Swipe the page and select Help & Feedback.
Step 3. Select Feedback.
Step 4. Tap the icon in the upper right corner.
Step 5. Fill in the basic information and select Submit.
1. Issue type: you can choose which category your feedback belongs to, register/login, other platforms, APP features, feature suggestion, business communication or others.
2. Email: please enter your email address, we will notify you the progress via email and eWeLink APP.
3. Related Device: select the failed device.
4. Time of Failure: choose the time when the device failed.
5. Upload image/video: image/video can’t exceed 7m.
