Easily Control Your eWeLink Devices in Samsung SmartThings

As many of you may know, eWeLink Support devices were compatible with Samsung SmartThings. Through linking your eWeLink account, you can add eWeLink Support devices to the SmartThings app to control them, create schedules, and build automation with them.

For anyone new to smart home, the SmartThings is the app for you to connect and control smart home devices of Samsung and other brands.

Click here with some simple setup, you can add your eWeLink devices to the Smartthings app and control them from both apps. Simply put, you can use eWeLink devices in the Smartthings app!

At the moment, eWeLink has incorporated the 5 most popular device types categorized by Smartthings, that is,  lighting, motion sensor, open/closed sensor outlet and switch/dimmer by Samsung. 

You can turn on/off the devices, edit device name, change device location and room, create schedules or countdown timers, check device history in the SmartThings app.

For example, you can create an automation to prevent water waste in your garden. Turn off an eWeLink Support water valve when a water leak is detected by a Samsung water leak sensor.

For Samsung smartphone users, you may also control eWeLink devices via your Bixby. Your hands are busy? Just say ‘Hi Bixby!
